Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Lucy, an experienced UKCP-registered humanistic psychotherapist offering a warm, safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what matters to you and find your own, sustainable way through difficulty. Sometimes life is hard and we lose faith in ourselves. That’s when dedicated support and a willingness to be curious about ourselves can open fresh ways of living.

My therapy works by supporting you to build a more compassionate understanding of yourself over time, in the safety of our relationship. I work relationally, meaning our work together is grounded in mutual respect, openness and a readiness to be curious. About me
I am Masters-level trained (5 years) at the Metanoia Institute in Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis therapy. I integrate mindfulness, body-oriented and trauma-informed techniques to support you to build a stronger connection with your whole self. ​Prior to training as a psychotherapist I had a 15-year corporate career in crisis management. I also have a background in philosophy. I bring all of my life experience to my work with my clients. I look forward to hearing from you.
