Initial session and choosing to work together

I offer a free initial consultation on the phone or online to see if I can meet your needs. We can then have our first session, either in-person in Newbury, Winchester or online. There is no obligation for you to continue after this session.

Fees

From £60 for individual therapy sessions. Low-cost appointments are available.

Timing and frequency

I offer sessions of 50 minutes or 60 minutes. I typically see clients once a week.

I offer in-person appointments during the day in Newbury and Winchester. I also offer online appoinments.
